These terms apply to all purchases, by individuals as well as by companies, workshops and professionals. Where the customer is a consumer, the rights granted by law always prevail, in particular those under the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).
02What we sell
- Electric scooter accessories made by 3D printing: tail pieces, extenders, plate holders and other accessories.
- Custom deck vinyls.
- Custom 3D design: we create parts from scratch based on your needs.
All parts are made to order and customised according to each customer's instructions (colour, text, logo, measurements or scooter model).
Cosmetic parts. Our accessories are cosmetic and customisation items. They are not original manufacturer spare parts and do not replace the scooter's safety components (brakes, steering, folding mechanism, lights, etc.). The customer is responsible for fitting them correctly and for ensuring the scooter continues to comply with applicable traffic regulations.
3D printing and vinyl are craft processes: there may be small differences in colour, texture or layer lines compared with the photos, and dimensional tolerances inherent to the process. These are not considered defects.
03How to place an order
- 1. Request. Tell us what you want using the order form, on WhatsApp or by email.
- 2. Quote. We send you a quote with the price, customisation options, shipping costs and an estimated lead time. For made-to-measure designs it may include a proposal or sketch for your approval.
- 3. Acceptance and payment. The contract is concluded when you accept the quote and pay it. We send you confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- 4. Manufacture and shipping. We make your part and ship it with a tracking number.
Check the customisation details carefully (text, measurements, scooter model) before accepting: we make exactly what you approve. The contract is concluded in Spanish and we send you a written copy of what was agreed.
We may refuse orders with unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party trademarks or rights.
04Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included: they depend on the size of the parcel and the destination, and we tell you in the quote before you pay.
Payment methods:
- Card, on the website's payment page, processed by Stripe. PRINTE3D does not see or store your card details.
- PayPal.
- Bizum.
- Revolut.
- Bank transfer.
- In person, Barcelona only, when collecting the order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are paid in advance and we start making them once we receive payment. If you need an invoice, ask for one with your tax details.
05Shipping and lead times
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe via Packlink and its carriers.
- Lead time. Manufacturing and delivery times vary depending on demand, the type of order and quantities. We give you an estimated lead time in the quote and let you know if it changes. If you are a consumer and no lead time has been agreed, delivery will take place no later than 30 calendar days from the contract, as required by law. If we miss the agreed lead time, you can give us a reasonable additional period and, if that is also missed, cancel the order and get your money back.
- Canary Islands and outside the EU. Shipments to the Canary Islands and to non-EU European countries (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway) go through customs. Import taxes and formalities (IGIC, duties or handling fees) are paid by the recipient. We will tell you in the quote.
- Delivery. If you are a consumer, risk passes to you when you receive the parcel. Check the packaging on receipt and, if it arrives damaged, let us know as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos so we can deal with the carrier.
- Address. If the address is wrong or the parcel is not collected and is returned, the new shipment will be at your expense.
06Right of withdrawal
PRINTE3D parts cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. They are all made to order to your specifications and customised, so they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103.c of the TRLGDCU.
This does not affect your warranty rights if the part arrives faulty (explained in the next section).
Custom 3D design service
If you buy a design service as a consumer, by accepting the quote you expressly ask us to start work before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw during that period, you will pay for the part of the work already done. Once the service is complete, you can no longer withdraw (Articles 103.a and 108.3 of the TRLGDCU).
07Warranty and faulty parts
If a part arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not matching what you approved, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible, with your order number and photos of the problem. We will offer to:
- Make and send you a new part or repair it, at no cost to you, including shipping.
- If that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund.
If you are a consumer, you have a 3-year legal warranty from delivery for lack of conformity, under the TRLGDCU. Repair or replacement is free of charge for you, including shipping costs. If you need to send the part back to us, we will tell you how.
The following are not defects: wear from use, knocks, falls or accidents, incorrect fitting, modifications made by the customer, the differences inherent to the manufacturing process described above, or errors in the details you approved (text, measurements or scooter model).
Other returns
Outside cases of defects, we do not accept returns. If we exceptionally agree to an exchange or return (for example, due to an error in the details you gave us), shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
08Designs, logos and photos
- Your files. If you send us logos, images or text to customise a part, you guarantee you have the right to use them. PRINTE3D is not responsible for third-party claims over that content.
- Our designs. Catalogue designs and the 3D files we create are the property of PRINTE3D. With made-to-measure designs, what you buy is the manufactured part; delivery or transfer of the design files can be agreed separately in the quote.
- Photos of our work. We may publish photos of the parts we make on the website and social media, without data that identifies you. If you don't want your part shown, let us know.
09Customer service and complaints
For any question, issue or complaint, write to [email protected], call +34 608 897 086 or message us on WhatsApp. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within the maximum period set by law. Official complaint forms are available: ask for them by email.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it is accepted.
